Enrolled to vote?
New [to New Zealand] and younger people may not be [enrolled yet] with the Electoral Commission (EC); but guess what, you are enrolled, with your [seven digit] National Health Index (NHI) number.
However, the EC & NHI systems probably don't talk to each other.
I don't like to see DUPLICATION. The Govt often over-DUPLICATES, where every Dept, Agency, etc etc, gets their own [data] Sandpit.
